Sensitive, beautiful, polite, inquisitive, talkative, sweet, gentle dear soul. Nothing will be the same after 10 years of your magnificent soul with us, cut short unfairly by illness beyond us. Our home is quiet, empty. We mourn having had to stop your sweet beating heart to end your misery and weakness that occurred so mysteriously and so fast. That there was not more done sooner. We so wish that you had returned to eat normally and regain your health. We expected somehow for you to stay with us forever. We never thought you'd need to go in 8 short weeks. We'd love to hold you once more. And rejoice in the thought that when we pass, we'll get to see you, hold you, listen to your amazing purr, once again. There is plenty of delicious kibble where you are now, and you'll never get sick, ever ever again. Sunbeams and shadows for play and rest. High and low areas for variety and perspective. Lizards to catch that never tire of your game. Fountains of sweet water aplenty, flowers, trees, grass, birds and fresh breezes. Kushy pillows and blankets for kneading away the moment. And for you, garlands and pillows of colorful flowers, and crown jewels for the collar you never wore.
