Guestbook for Roxanne
Posted By Maryanne Dell on Mar 06 2011
What a beautiful poem. I shall have to borrow that. What a fitting tribute to a wonderful, glorious, magnificent dog and a beautiful relationship. I know how much you ache, how hard it is, how unforgiving life seems at this moment. Rox is and always will be racing with the wind, playing with friends, many unmet until she reached the Bridge ... until that day she stops, catches the breeze, and bounds to meet you again. Much love.

You captured so many memories in the photographs of sweet Roxanne. She made so many people happy and had so much fun in her sports. She spread joy wherever she went. Losing your forever dog is not easy and will take a long time to heal, if ever. What a pawprint she left on everyone she met.

Dear Jane, Please know that I am thinking of you. I know Roxanne is at peace and playing with all of her friends across the Rainbow Bridge.

Dear Jane and Dan, Although I never knew Roxanne, as I looked at all the beautiful pictures of her in your photo album, I could see that she looked so happy in all her activities. May you be comforted at this difficult time by your most wonderful memories. Jean Arovas

Dear Jane, Looking at all the pictures tells a great story about Roxanne. She enjoyed what she did and she lived her life with joy and vigor. She was a great therapy dog as well as fine companion and agility dog. She added to the lives of others. What a great gift she gave to all of us! We will miss her. My heart goes out to you, Jane. Love Kris

What a wonderful tribute to your beloved Roxanne. She will always hold a special place in your hearts. Cherish the memories and the time you have had with her. Crossing over the Rainbow Bridge is hard for those left behind. Until you meet again....love to your family, our hearts break for you. xoxoxox

What a beautiful photo tribute to sweet Roxanne. She was truly an exceptional dog. I remember so well watching Roxanne race to her Hobbes Award with the crowd cheering. What a sight! She excelled in sports but she also touched so many lives in her work as a therapy dog. May you find comfort in all those wonderful memories of your very special Roxanne. With love, Barbara, Callie, and Meggie

I wish I had been fortunate enough to have known Roxanne. In every photo of her I can see the smile on her face, the pure joy of just being her. What a beautiful girl. I know how much you miss her. I am so sorry.

Thank you everyone for your very kind words. It is several months since I lost my most beloved companion, and I still am aching and have such a heavy heart. She was a once in a lifetime dog for me, and she will never, ever be forgotten. Thanks again for all your kindness Jane :(

Dear Roxanne, It's been one year since you left. My world is still missing the spark that was you. My heart is still broken and sad. Even though life goes on, and those left behind still try to fill the void you left.........the hole in my heart is still very much there. Hardly a day goes by that I don't think of you, and miss you. I just hope, that until the day I can once again hug and... kiss your sweet face, the angels are taking care to keep you happy and safe. Til then sweet girl, rest well. I love and miss you, Mom PS: Even thou all your doggy housemates have offered to help share my morning coffee, it's just not the same. Also, FYI, no one has filled the alpha position you vacated. Not sure any of them can fill the spot.
