Quick story:When I was living with Dean and Buki several years ago, I came home from a friend's to find no one home. An hour later Dean came running in with Buki in his arms, hysterical, and our neighbor, actor Will Estes. Will and Dean had chased after Buki after she had gotten out, and was almost killed in the street. They saw her flipped out of the back wheel well of a car, and then run off! They found her underneath a house where she had crawled away. We rushed Buki to the vet and... she made it! She had a bum hip after that and was forever missing her front left fang (that had to hurt) but she was a tough cat. I miss her.
