Oh Chris, I feel like I've been hit with a brick!!! I am so sorry about Diamond. Words cannot convey how sorry. I hope, down the road when the horrible grief you are feeling softens some, that you are able to think of only fun, wonderful times with your sweet Diamond. My heart is breaking for you. All the creatures at the Rainbow Bridge will keep her company til we are reunited with our beloved pets who wait for us there.

Wishing you peace during this difficult time. Diamond was one of those one of a kind dogs. Thank you for sharing her with so many people who were blessed by her visits. "Precious memories...how they linger..."

Diamond was a lovely, gentle dog who brought joy to everyone she visited, from giggly kindergarteners to quiet seniors. She will be greatly missed.

Chris - I am so very sorry about sweet, gentle Diamond. I remember 1st meeting you a few years ago when we were reading at the elementary school on Dr. Seuss' birthday - Diamond had such beautiful eyes and her calm, loving nature put the children immediately at ease. I'm sure this is a terrible time for you and your family - I will keep all of you in my prayers and hope that your wonderful memories of Diamond will help to ease your pain.

I feel blessed to have been owned by a whippet with such a sweet nature and a calling she so enjoyed. She knew my “Pet Partners” clothes and would follow me around the house dashing towards the door whenever I had them on. She enjoyed being loved-on by the clients but would always be calm and patient in the process. Diamond was also a wonderful doggie ambassador in other situations. Whenever she was inside a dog-friendly store, people always appreciated how calm and elegant she and her sister Melody were. She loved car rides and we incorporated the dogs into the majority of our vacations, going as far away as The Grand Canyon (where the dogs became their own attraction to the other visitors). Thank you all for you kind words of support. They do help us in this difficult transition. We miss her dearly, but we’re so thankful for the wonderful years she gave us. Her final generous act was to hang on long enough to see us move into our new home in Utah.
